[Lapis doesn't know too much about 9S, but she knows that he likes humans! And that he likes Earth!

And also that she gave all her credits to Peridot because she had no use for it. Which means 9S is the only one who Lapis doesn't know from home getting a meep morp.

It's a slightly inaccurate paper mache earth! It's even got a little string on it so he can hang it up somewhere, how thoughtful!
